 Current Overview, Services, & Rates for our Indianapolis Branch:

We are happy to care for all pets in your home! Please make sure to communicate all animals and their needs up front so that we give you the most accurate estimate of the total costs of our services.

  • We are currently serving the Central, West, North, South, and Northeast side of Indianapolis. Other locations around Indianapolis may be serviced with an additional mileage charge. Thank you for your understanding while we are growing our business!

  • Service prices listed below are estimates and may vary based on your location in Indianapolis as well as the number of dogs/pets in home.

  • All of our services are completely customizable and flexible to fit you and your pets’s needs!

  • We are only able to accomodate pet sitting in your own home at this time. We are bonded and insured for these purposes.

  • As the business has grown, so has our team! Our new policy requires communication in a group chat with the Owner as well as the Pet Sitter when our clients correspond with us. This keeps all parties informed at all times and makes sure everyone has the same understanding.

  • We politely ask that you do not have any other additional services being rendered at your property while Dogs N Digs is servicing your pets. This includes but is not limited to: landscapers, lawn mowers, exterminators, painters, etc. This reduces any incidents and prevents liability issues and we appreciate our request being accommodated!

  • DURING and After utilizing our services, we would really appreciate any and all feedback! Please communicate exactly how you feel about the care you feel your pet is receiving and speak up as soon as you feel inclined! In addition, please take the time to leave us a review on our Facebook page as well as a Google Review! We want to continuously meet the mark as well as improve and exceed each and every one of our client’s expectations. Our main form of efficient advertising is word of mouth! We appreciate any referrals to Dogs N Digs!

  • We treat each and every client and their animals with honesty, integrity and respect. We politely ask that our clients treat us with the same respect. We fully exercise the right to discontinue servicing clients who do not align with our basic request of respect and integrity moving forward.

Services & Rates (Indianapolis, IN)

***please note we require a cancellation fee of 50% of any service (except overnight sitting) when canceling within 24 hours or less from the start of the service! Thank you for understanding***

***Please note that on the “return date” of Overnight Pet Sitting services, we require various half days fees:

  • If we are needed to stay up until Noon, we charge a $35 half day.

  • If we are needed up to 2PM we charge a $45 Half Day Fee. 

  • If we are needed Past 5PM we charge a $65 Half Day Fee. If we are needed past 10PM we will charge as an additional nightly rate as we are not able to accommodate any other clients on that day.

***Our first Meet & Greet is complimentary, but we do require a $30 fee for a secondary Meet & Greet etc. We truly appreciate you valuing our time!

*Designated Holidays Recognized by Dogs N Digs: Easter, Memorial Day/Weekend, July 4th / coinciding weekend, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, any stretch from dec. 29- through new years, New Years Eve, & New Years Day.

 

“Check In” Service:

1/2 Hour - $30 / Holiday* - $45

1 Hour - $50 / Holiday* - $65

Any other amounts of time can be discussed upon request***

We recommend this service for clients who will be gone for a long day, but they intend to return at the end of that day. We are happy to provide potty breaks, walks, play time, snack or medication administration, and of course lots of love and attention! All services include photos, videos, and text message communication. Mileage fees may also apply.

*We do not administer insulin for diabetic pets at this time.

 

The time we spend with your dog can be adjusted and the schedule we follow can be customizable as well! Let us know your needs and we will accommodate. Our traditional service is a one hour duration where we walk for about 35-45 minutes and either administer a snack or spend time playing/spending time with your dog either in the yard or inside of the home - weather permitting.

*We offer a unique indoor walk indoors if your dog doesn’t do well in the cold! We can walk your dog inside of stores such as Lowes or Home Depot. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations for this service and may require an additional commute fee. Times will also vary to include travel time worked in to the service.

“Dog Walking” Service:

1/2 Hour - $30 / Holiday* - $45

1 Hour - $50 / Holiday* - $65

Any other amounts of time can be discussed upon request***

“Day Stay” Service

Up to 7-8 Hours - $85

Holiday Charge - $100

The time we spend with your dog can be adjusted and the schedule we follow can be customizable as well! Let us know your needs and we will accommodate. Our “Day Stay” Service has become more popular so we decided to add a traditional service for it. We can provide companionship for a “traditional work day” for pets who do not do well home alone for extended periods of time.

 

Overnight, In-Your-Home Pet Sitting + Home Upkeep

*75-90/Night

*Rates may vary based on proximity to our service radius as well as number of pets.

*Our rates are different for holidays / holiday weekends! (Holiday* Charge - $100/Night)

We are proud to offer 24/7* In-Your-Home care for your pets while you are away for overnight durations. Stress is reduced in pets when they are able to maintain their daily schedule in the comfort of their own home while their owners are away. We will fulfill your pet’s expectations of what should happen throughout the day, everyday, while you are away. We strive to be different by providing all services inclusive instead of a la carte. It is important to us to upkeep the home and we want to support a smooth return after you’ve been away. We offer daily mail/package retrieval as well as moving your trash/recycling bin to the curb when needed.

*We sometimes will leave your pet to fulfill other client services that are typically 1 hour in addition to commute time. We are optimistic in this approach as this is our full time work! We try not to exceed 5-6 hours away from the pets at a time max.

*May require a commute fee if you are located outside of our current service radius.

*Although we charge by the night, if you return after 2pm on the day of your return date, we require an additional charge for the remaining hours of that final day. Thank you for understanding we typically serve clients back-to-back.

Nail Dremel

We are happy to shorten and shape up nails. We won’t force a dog or stress a dog out to complete a trim.

 

Dogs N Digs DRIVE

$25*

We understand there may be times when your dog may need transportation. Whether your dog needs taken from A to B, or a trip to the vet, we are happy to drive your dog safely where they need to be.

Dogs N Digs Re”Furr”al Program

We are still a small business and understand that we may not always be able to dog sit your dogs on given dates. We have always believed it takes a village in order to care for a dog. In order to help keep your dog safe and in trustworthy hands, even if we cannot be the ones to care for your dog, we have partnered up with trusted dog lovers/competitors around the city who may be able to accommodate your dates. They are Dogs N Digs approved dog lovers! We network with other services in the dog industry to be able to refer trusted trainers, groomers, etc.
